We strive to dispatch and deliver your order within 2 business days from the time of purchase. However, delivery times may vary depending on your location, product availability, and external logistics factors.
Most of our orders are fulfilled using Amazon Logistics, which ensures reliable and fast shipping across India.

We use trusted delivery partners, primarily Amazon Logistics, to ensure timely and secure delivery. Shipping methods may vary based on your location and the nature of the product ordered.
3. Shipping Charges
We offer free shipping on most orders. However, in some cases (bulk orders, remote delivery zones, etc.), a nominal shipping fee may be applicable. If a shipping charge applies, it will be clearly mentioned at checkout before payment.
4. Service Areas
We currently ship across most locations in India. If your pincode is serviceable, you will be able to place an order successfully. In the rare case that we are unable to deliver to your location, we will notify you and issue a full refund. We don't service international locations.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp (if opted in). You can use this link to track the real-time status of your shipment.
6. Delays
While we aim to deliver quickly, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances like weather conditions, strikes, or courier partner issues. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such cases.
If your order has not arrived within 5 business days, please contact us so we can investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
7. Damaged or Lost Shipments
